Lena has an Associate’s degree in business management.  She has worked in the corporate world for most of her career. Until one day she woke up and became disabled.  She could never go back to work; she was put on disability and searched for any medical miracle that would help her. To no avail, there was no doctor that could help her, she was misdiagnosed time after time, and has had 12 surgical procedures and became a total vegetable from all the medications she was on.

Alex works as a senior programmer for Information Builders Incorporated. Alex was always fascinated by who we are and what our mission is here on earth.  He is a complete book worm, he has read every book there is that he though might help Lena in any way.

In March on 2004, a young lady who had just come back from visiting John of God told Lena about this spiritual hospital. By that time Lena was willing to try anything different, because medicine as we know it, wasn't working.

Lena and Alex set off on their journey to Brazil. It took 3 visits to the Casa to see a difference in Lena, but today after bringing people to Brazil for over 5 years, Lena and Alex are spreading the word of John of God and are here to serve in helping others receive their miracle.
